Fiona Judd

Fiona Judd has been teaching and coaching fitness since 2018. She is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America.

She has been certified in many fitness formats including Barre Above, Balletone, Pumped Up Strength, Extreme HIIT Chaos, Les Mills BodyPump, Strong Nation, Zumba, Stott Pilates, and TRX. In addition to working as a Program Specialist for Barre Above and Balletone and a creator/choreographer for Pumped Up Strength, Fiona teaches in person at 2 facilities in her area and has coached hundreds of clients virtually on MyQFit App and now her own app, the FitFionaJ app. She also shares home workouts on Instagram for her audience of over 480K.

When she’s not busy teaching and coaching, Fiona is a busy mom. She and her husband Nathan have 5 children and enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling.

Whitney Houlin

Whitney is a Utah-based personal trainer and mom of 3 girls. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, she is an ACE certified personal trainer, AFAA certified group fitness instructor, and has 11 other format certifications, ranging from kettlebells to Pilates and barre.

Aside from teaching classes, she is the Director of Training for WeGym. She is passionate about helping people find joy in movement and encouraging them to build a healthy relationship and positive mindset with both exercise and nutrition.
